Payment Methods
Baldface Industries allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read our policies carefully with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

Credit, Debit and Check Cards
You may pay for products ordered at www.baldfaceindustries.com by credit, debit, or check card. (Custom printing is currently invoiced separately and can be paid for by check.) When you provide Baldface Industries with your card information, we will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place.

Baldface Industries currently accepts Visa and MasterCards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit, debit or check cards issued by banks outside of the United States. Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.

Baldface Industries requires the credit, debit or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover).

Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your purchases, Baldface Industries is required to collect sales tax for all items shipped within the state New Jersey. If the sales tax rate for New Jersey changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in Baldface Industries' system will apply. Our merchant software will include any applicable sales tax when you order online.

Shipping Options
As part of our launch sale, Baldface Industries currently offers free shipping on all online orders. (Shipping for custom printing orders is invoiced separately.) The free shipping offer is for a limited time and applies only to orders shipped USPS to destinations within the continental United States. We currently do not offer expedited or international shipping.

Products shipped under Baldface Industries' free shipping offer are normally delivered within five business days after shipment. Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves our workshop. As the delivery of your order is beyond our control once your order is shipped, we cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method.

Order Processing
Baldface Industries does not begin order processing until we receive all the information that we need and full payment or a full authorization.

Baldface Industries will begin order processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Prices
Since we know you have a choice in printed apparel, Baldface Industries works hard to offer you competitive prices on our current inventory. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Baldface Industries reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at www.baldfaceindustries.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the website.

Product Availability
Although Baldface Industries makes every effort to ship your order according to the time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in inventory. If the time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Given the popularity of some products, Baldface Industries may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. We will post limitations on quantity on our web site or will inform you of product purchase limits at the time it processes your order. Baldface Industries reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time.

Baldface Industries makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when we confirm orders but learn that we cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. In those circumstances, we will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, we may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, we will cancel your order for products that we cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Ordering
To order a product, simply click on the "Add To Basket" link located on the item page. You may then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you choose to continue shopping, you may check the status of your order at anytime by clicking the "View Cart" link located at the top right of each page.
